There are a number of considerations to make when purchasing a wooden bed.
The wider your bed the better your sleep will be. This is quoted by sleep experts who say that the average person tosses and turns approximately 70 times a night.
Choose a bed between 10cm / 15cm longer than your height.
Have you got enough room to walk around your bed?
Can you open your wardrobe doors?
Can you open all the drawers on your wooden bedroom furniture?
Remember that ‘ The Sleep Council ‘ recommends replacing your mattress at least every 10 years.
